PE085 is a specialized master batch to blow film

Its carrier resin is LLDPE, which only contains new type multi-functional micro particle, without adding other additive filler. We produce PE085 by special process technology. When we blow the film, PE085 has a good dispersion in the LDPE, LLDPE or HDPE. It also can improve the extrusion efficiency.

Applications:

 PE085 is used to make Heavy-duty PE packing bags, hygienic products and package for sanitation products, PE garbage bags, shopping bags, agricultural film and liner PE film.

 

Recommended addition rates:

The addition rate is 5%-25%, if the film is Multi-layer extrusion, the addition rate of core layer is 15%-20% and for surface layer is about 5%.Optimal addition rate will be confirmed by test.

 

Packing:

Waterproof bag, 25Kg/bag.

 

Storage:

Product is sensitive to moisture. It could be stored well with original package. It should be consumed after opening. If damped, use heater to dry it with 90°C within 30 minutes.
